Every Story Fits Perfectly™: Why Our Books Grow With Your Story

Most photo books hand you a fixed number of pages and make you choose which memories survive. That is the wrong way around. Our board books start at 20 pages and grow in increments up to 56, so the first year, the whole extended family, or an entire school day can all fit in one book a toddler can actually hold.

The short answer

Every Story Fits Perfectly™ means the book grows to your story instead of your story shrinking to the book — pages expand from 24 up to 56, so no photo, person, or milestone has to be left out.

Every Story Fits Perfectly™: Why Our Books Grow With Your Story
01

The problem with a fixed page count

A fixed 20-page keepsake sounds generous until you sit down with 300 photos of a first year. Parents end up cutting grandparents, cutting the hospital day, cutting the messy first birthday cake — and the finished book quietly tells an edited version of the story. Fixed formats optimize for the printer, not the family.

02

How page growth works

Three simple moves, all handled inside the design flow.

  1. 1
    Start at 20 pages
Every book opens with a 20-page baseline — enough for a focused story like Names & Faces or a first-year recap.
  2. 2
Add pages as you add memories
Drop in more photos and the book expands in set increments. You are never asked to delete a spread to make room for a new one.
  3. 3
    Grow to 56 pages
Big stories — a full first year, a blended family, a deployment scrapbook — go all the way to 56 pages while staying bound, square, and wipeable.

What this changes in practice

  • Nobody gets cut: every grandparent, cousin, pet, and caregiver has a page.
  • One book instead of three: the whole first year lives in a single volume kids can carry.
  • Room for the ordinary: the daycare drop-off and the Tuesday bath make it in, not just the milestones.
  • Future-proof: the same title works for a 20-page shower gift and a 56-page year-one keepsake.
  • Still toddler-proof: thicker books, same rigid board pages, rounded corners, and non-toxic inks.
We stopped trying to pick the ten best photos and just told the whole year. The book is thick and she carries it everywhere.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Straight answers from the team that prints and ships every book.

How many pages can a board book have?+

Books start at 20 pages ($41.99) and grow up to 56 pages. Each page beyond the first 24 adds $0.99, and you choose the length while designing.

Does adding pages change the book size or durability?+

No. The trim size and rigid board pages stay the same; the book simply gets thicker. Rounded corners, non-toxic inks, and USA printing are unchanged.

Can I add pages after I start customizing?+

Yes. Page count is adjustable throughout the design flow, right up until checkout, so you can keep adding photos as you go.

Which books benefit most from extra pages?+

First Year, Names & Faces, and Story books — anything covering a long span of time or a large family.
