How our board books are made

Every Kids Board Book is a one-off — printed, bound, and shipped from the USA in about a week. Here's the six-step path from your photos to your door.

   You personalize

   Add photos, names, and captions in the design flow. Takes about 10–15 minutes on a phone or laptop.

   Preflight & proof

   Every submission is checked for photo resolution, spine alignment, and cover coverage before it prints. If something looks off, the Pinhole team flags it.
3. 3
   Print

   Pages are printed on 2–3mm paperboard using lead-safe inks on the Pinhole Press production floor in the USA.

   Bind & round-corner

   Pages are collated, glued with a layflat spine, and every corner is machine-rounded so it's safe for tiny hands.

   Gloss finish & wipe

   A glossy, wipeable finish is applied so spills and sticky fingerprints wipe clean with a damp cloth.

   Pack gift-ready & ship

   The book is wrapped, boxed in a recyclable mailer with a gift-ready sleeve, and shipped from the USA — typically arriving within a week.
