Order questions
Email support@pinholepress.com with your order number (it begins with PP) in the subject line. Emails sent outside support hours are answered the next business day.
Cancel or change an order
You have 30 minutes after placing an order to cancel it yourself for a full refund. After that window, email support right away and the team will work with you.
Reprints and refunds
Contact support within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item so the team can make it right.
Press and partnerships
For media requests, interviews, or wholesale questions, email support and your note will be routed to the right person at Pinhole Press.
