Photos
Pinhole Press makes every effort to block any inappropriate photos used in the photo products built by consumers.
Licensing
All photos that are used by you in building photo products must have a copyright release. Pinhole Press upholds the legal rights of photographers or image authors, we advise you to contact the image author and request a signed copyright release. If your image does not indicate who created it and you are unaware of who the image author is you may be able to claim that the image is for “fair use” and that you are unaware, or unable to contact the image author.
Copyright Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Pinhole Press for all costs, expenses, attorney’s fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuits made against Pinhole Press for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
